Account:

To utilize the Services, you are required to create an account. To finalize your Account setup, you must furnish us with your full legal name, business address, phone number, a valid email address, and any other specified information.

You acknowledge that Go2-Sell.com will use the email address you provide on opening an Account or as updated by you from time to time as the primary method for communication with you (“Primary Email Address”).

Eligibility:

Your Rights:

Payment:

You are responsible for paying the fees associated with your subscription to the service. Subscription fees are paid at the beginning of each month and automatically renewed upon completion of the subscription period. Subscriptions must be renewed within 30 days of the last expiry date.

If we are not able to process payment of Fees using an Authorized Payment Method, we may make subsequent attempts to process payment using any Authorized Payment Method.

You must maintain an accurate location in the administrative console of your Go2-Sell.com Store. If you change jurisdictions, you must promptly update your location in the administrative console.

Confidentiality:

Confidential Information” encompasses, but is not restricted to, any information related to a party’s business that is not publicly disclosed, including but not limited to specific business details, technical processes and formulas, software, customer lists, potential customer lists, customer and potential customer information such as names and addresses, product designs, sales figures, costs (inclusive of any relevant processing fees), price lists, unpublished financial data, business strategies, marketing data, and any other information considered confidential and proprietary, irrespective of whether it is marked as such.

Each party agrees to use the other party’s Confidential Information solely as necessary for performing its obligations under these Terms of Service and in accordance with any other obligations in these Terms of Service.

Each party agrees that it will take all reasonable steps, at least substantially equivalent to the steps it takes to protect its own proprietary information, to prevent the duplication, disclosure, or use of any such Confidential Information.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification:
